Hello to every visitor that might drop by and pay us a visit.


1. Accounts, Warnings and Bannings

Every User may register and use one account. Multiple registrations and usage of several accounts may lead to a banning of all accounts.

After receiving the third warning an account may be banned up to 1weeks, in extreme cases longer. The circumventing of the ban by registering a second account is not allowed. An account may get banned permanently if the user receives again several warnings after the account was unlocked.

In extreme cases it is possible a User gets banned without having several warnings.

Editing a post after a warning was given (this includes removing or editing the warning) is against the rule and can lead to a ban from the forums.

Domain names in forum/login names are not allowed.

Do not pretend to be/represent somebody else. Your account will be deleted if found to be in breach of this rule.

2.Attitude on the forums


Posting contents and links of pornographic, politically extremist, immoral and offensive material which may breach applicable laws are forbidden.
Do not link to any site that contains adult content, sexually oriented material or might otherwise be considered offensive. Any post containing an inappropriate link will be deleted and the poster will receive a warning.

Posting of contents which do not belong to the topic/ relevant forum (Spam/Offtopic) are undesired and may lead to a warning. An exception of this is the Spamboard forum.

This includes postings which only point out breaches of the rules (Backseat Modding). This is up to the board team.

Images in Signatures may not exceed the following measurements:
height: 180 px
width: 500 px
100 kb
You can use more than one pic but the sum not exceed height: 180 px width: 500 px


Due to information sometimes needed to be passed on to users, staff may sometimes have an extension on the size of the image, or text placed in the signature.

The board team holds the right to censor threads. This will be marked in the relevant post.

Reposting of a theme that was already closed, is not allowed. If you wish to post in it, ask the moderator who closed it to reopen.
Account Trading is not allowed on the whole forum.

Advertisement and linking to other browser games is not allowed on the whole forums

Requests to unban ingame accounts are not to be discussed anywhere on the forums. Please get in atingere to the Game Master who banned you via PM/email only .

Spamming of emoticons and images is not allowed due to the fact that it may freeze peoples’ computers (only 6 maximum allowed). Images or postings which are side exceeding (means one has to scroll vertically or/and horizontally to read all) are not allowed.

All posts must contain a minimum of 4 words; fewer words will be considered as spam and warned accordingly. Any forms of abbreviations such as: ICU, BRB, LOL, ROFLMAO, will be considered one word.

If you feel warned unfairly, first PM the Mod who gave the warning. Then you may get in contact with the Global Moderator. In extreme cases you have the right to talk to a Admin. The Admin’s word is final. Follow the hierarchy, if you may find you are ignored, (include all previous communication).

Posthunting ( posting just to get a higher post count) results in a warning or in extreme cases in a direct ban. Posting twice within the allowable time to re-edit the autentic post shall be considered Posthunting.

It's not allowed to post for banned people. If you do so, it results in a warning for you. Only exception can be made for good-bye threads (with prior permission from an admin). The sharing of accounts with people who are banned from the board will also incur a ban for the account holder.

Discussion of bans or warnings is not permitted in the public forums; this may result in further bans or warnings. Please discuss these issues with the moderator involved or their superior on the board only.

Choose an appropriate subject line. Try to summarise the problem briefly in the subject, and put it in the message itself. Repeat the subject in the body if it will make things clearer. Do not use all caps and do not add false information just to get attention (example. read this or you will be arrested). An example of a bad subject would be "HELP ME".Do not use a URL as a thread title.

Include as much information as you can when seeking help. Nobody will be able to help you if you don't give sufficient detail. Specificated the problem and tell us more information of problems you have, or if you already had this problem previously.

3.Notes

The following themes are to be discussed with the Administrator:
- Unban request (via PM or email)
- User title – Name changes
- Complains about Global Moderators (concerning Mods, please get first in contact with a Global Moderator)

The Staff reserves the right to change the rules when they deem it necessary.

The use of this forums is a privilege not a right. Administrators reserve the right to do what they think is best for the forums, including banning of people.




Aceste reguli pot fi schimbate, corectate sau pot fi adaugate altele noi in timp.


Orice ofensa impotriva regulilor forumului poate duce la un avertisment. Administratorul forumului isi rezerva dreptul de a bana conturile utilizatorilor in caz de nevoie, chiar si conturile din joc. Regulile pot fi interpretate de echipa de conducere a forumului, asa cum se considera a fi ideal.

1. Conturi, avertismente si ban-uri.

Fiecare user se poate inregistra si folosi un solitar cont. Inregistrarile multiple si folosirea mai multor conturi, duce la o banare a tuturor conturilor.

Dupa primirea celui de-al 3lea avertisment, un cont poate fi banat cel putin 7 zile. In cazuri extreme, chiar mai mult. In cazul unui ban, nu se admite ca userul cu pricina sa se inregistreze cu un al doilea cont. Un cont risca sa fie banat permanent daca userul primeste din nou avertismente dupa ce acesta a fost deblocat.

In cazuri extreme, un cont poate fi banat si fara sa primeasca mai multe avertismente.

Corectarea (editing) unui post dupa ce a fost dat un avertisment (acesta include si indepartarea sau corectarea avertismentului), este impotriva regulamentului si poate duce la un ban.

2. Atitudinea pe forum


Posturi sau topicuri cu continut sau link-uri pornografice, extreme politice, continut imoral si resurse ofensatoare care pot incalca legea constitutionala, sunt interzise.
Sunt de asemenea interzise posturi care contin coduri de activare, crack-uri, hacks sau orice altceva de natura ilegala, incluzand pagini de download ilegal si warez. Discutiile pe asemenea subiecte vor duce automat la un avertisment.

Posturi cu continut ce nu fac obiectul topicului sau a forumului (spam/offtopic), sunt indezirabile si pot duce la un avertisment.
Acestea includ si posturi in care se avertizeaza un alt user despre incalcarea regulamentului (moderarea forumului fara a face parte din staff-ul forumului). Acest lucru este strict de datoria echipei forumului.

Imaginile in semnatura nu trebuie sa depaseasca urmatoarele masuri:
Inaltime: 180 pixeli
Lungime: 500 pixeli
100 de kilobiti

Este admisa întrebuințarea mai multor imagini pentru aceeasi semnatura.Dar,ATENTIE,suma imaginilor sa nu depaseasca Inaltime: 180 pixeli Lungime: 500 pixeli.
Semnaturile ce depasesc aceste masuri vor fi indepartate sau userul cu pricina va obtine automat un avertisment.

Echipa forumului isi rezerva dreptul de a cenzura topicurile. Acest lucru va fi marcat/notat in postul relevant.

Rediscutarea a unei tematici, a unui subiect ce a fost inchis in prealabil, nu se accepta. Daca doresti sa mai adaugi posturi in subiectul deja inchis, cere-i moderatorului care a inchis topicul respectiv, sa il redeschida.

Schimbul de conturi nu este permis pe intreg forumul.

Reclamele si link-urile catre alte jocuri nu se admit pe intregul forum.

Spamingul cu emoticoane nu se permite. Se admit mare 6 emoticoane per post.


Toate topicurile si posturile trebuie sa contina un numar de cel putin 4 cuvinte. Mai putine cuvinte se considera spam si va fi conform pedepsit. Orice forma de abreviere ca LOL, BRB, ROFLMAO, ICU etc. vor fi luate in calcul ca un singur cuvant. Exceptia de la regula o fac unele jocurile din sectiunea Fun Stuf

Numai in cazul in care crezi ca ai fost avertizat pe nedrept, in întâia faza contacteaza Moderatorul care a dat avertismentul utilizând mesajele private. Numai in cazuri extreme ai dreptul de a contacta Administratorul forumului iar acesta are ultimul cuvant. Foloseste ierarhia staff-ului daca simti ca esti ignorat.

Vantoarea de posturi (posturi inutile numai in scopul de ati ridica numarul posturilor totale) poate rezulta la un avertisment, sau in cazuri extreme la un ban direct. Postarea dubla (double posting) pe intreg forumul in mai putin de 24 de ore se considera vanatoare de posturi si va fi pedepsit ca atare
Nu se admite sa postezi in numele unei persoane deja banate de pe forum. Acest lucru poate duce la un avertisment pentru tine. Exceptia de la regula o fac topicurile de “ramas bun” (cu un primordial acord al unui admin sau moderator). Daca imparti contul tau cu o persoana deja banata de pe forum, va putea duce de asemenea la un ban al contului in cauza.

Discutiile despre ban-uri sau avertismente sunt interzise. Acest lucru poate duce la alte avertismente sau ban-uri. Va rugam sa rezolvati aceasta problema numai contactand Moderatorul care e responsabil de avertismentul/ban-ul dat, întrebuințând numai mesajele private sau e-mail-ul.


Inainte de a posta un nou topic, asigura-te ca subiectul nu a fost discutat de alti useri in prealabil. Foloseste optiunea SEARCH pentru a fi sigur ca nu incalci regulamentul. Adminii si Moderatorii isi rezerva dreptul de a sterge sau inchide un asemenea topic.

Alegeti un subiect sugestiv si potrivit topicurilor. Incercati sa insumati pe redus problema intr-un titlu, si adaugati-l si in mesajul in sine. Nu folositi in titluri Caps Lock si nu adaugati informatii false doar pentru a atrage atentia. (exemplu: citeste asta sau vei fi arestat). Un exemplu de titlu nedorit si plenar gresit “AJUTATI-MA”. Nu folositi URL-uri pe post de titlu pentru topic.

Includeti cat de numeroase informatii puteti atunci cand cautati ajutor. Nimeni nu va fi capabil sa va ajute daca nu dati detalii suficiente. Specificati problema si dati cat mai multe informtii despre problemele pe care le aveti sau daca ati mai experimentat acele probleme in trecut.

Ortografia

Greºelile întâmplãtoare/ocazionale sunt acceptabile, dar nu ºi cele care indicã lipsa oricãrei strãdanii de a scrie un text lizibil.

Sunt INTERZISE:
- Prescurtãrile folosite în chat.
- Inlocuirea literei "c" cu litera "k" si alte întocmai substituiri ce contravin corectitudinii limbii romane.

Evitã sã scrii cu tz, sh...etc. Dacã vrei sã fii sigur cã ai fost inþeles, poþi folosi diacritice, chiar dacã acest lucru nu este obligatoriu.

Publicitatea

Publicitatea pe acest forum este interzisa.

Nu se permit:
- anunturile de vanzare/cumparare. Exceptie fac itemele din joc in sectiunea Bazar Trades
- numele de utilizator ce face reclama unui site sau unui produs.
- reclama/publicitatea sub nici o alta forma.

3. Instiintari

Urmatoarele teme pot fi discutate cu Administratorii forumului:
- Cerintele de indepartare a unor ban-uri (prin e-mail sau PM)
- Titlul userului – schimbarea numelui
- Plangeri asupra Global Moderatorilor (daca e vorba de un Moderator, intra te rog intai in contact cu un Global Moderator)


Staff-ul isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica regulamentul ori de cate ori se considera a fi necesar.

Utilizarea acestui forum este un privilegiu si nu un drept. Faptul ca ramaneti pe acest forum este considerata o acceptare a acestor reguli. Administratorii isi rezerva dreptul de a proceda asa cum este mai perfect pentru o buna stare si functionare a forumului, chiar daca acest lucru implica banarea conturilor.
